An accident got spotted in Shiva Vihar, area of the outer Delhi, where a man died while working on an electrical pillar and his companion is under critical condition. This incident took place because no safety kit was given to the laborers. The Kanjhala Police Station is investigating this case.
Everyone was surprised to see such an accident that can cause a death. Electric poles were being installed at Shiv Vihar Karla Colony. While setting up the pillars, the crane’s wire touched the electric wires.
The pit which was dig for the poles was also filled with the water. Just after getting an electric shock, they started screaming. The people present over there came and saw them screaming, one of them died on the spot, while the other was immediately taken to a nearby private hospital. The condition of a man named Ramkumar still remains fragile.
Surprisingly, there were no electrical wires on the pillars, it is being estimated that either this incident happened due to the electric wires or there was a wire touching to the ground which spread the current.
As per the police investigation, no safety tools were given to the laborers working there, although in this accident, local police and power company Tata Power is avoiding saying anything.
