AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal was arrested by the police from his residence in Deoli, for attacking Delhi CS Anshu Prakash at Kejriwal’s residence last night.
Also, the disturbed relationship of Delhi government and the bureaucracy broke down on Tuesday after the incidence occurred with city’s top bureaucrat Anshu Prakash that he was assaulted by Okhla MLA Amantullah Khan and others in Kejriwal’s presence.
Prakash has stated that he was assaulted by AAP MLAs such as Amantullah Khan and others during a meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence last night.
The Delhi Police has already registered an FIR against Khan and others based on Prakash’s allegations.
Jarwal and Ajay Dutt, AAP MLAs also has claimed that the bureaucrat CS Anshu Parkash had made casteist remarks and for that matter, FIR was registered with Police and at National Commission for Scheduled Castes.
AAP Delhi unit’s chief spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj claimed that Jarwal was arrested based on a “empty-headed issue” and said “Delhi Police has arrested an elected MLA without any evidences. What about the arrest of IAS Officers who are many of the times seen beating Minister in Secretariat? FIR was filed by a Minister even with video evidence, but no arrests,” Bharadwaj tweeted.
