This way the local artists are encouraged and they help in preserving their art by giving them a platform. All craftsmen are allotted stalls on a rotational basis. These stalls are charged at a nominal cost for almost a period of 15 days. These craftsmen come from various parts of the country to show their art.

- Dilli Haat opposite INA Metro Station (Yellow Line) in south Delhi, established in 1994.
- Dilli Haat near Pitampura, which lies in North Delhi region was established in 2008. It is nearest to Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station (Red Line).
- Dilli Haat at Janakpuri, near Tikak Nagar Metro Station (Blue Line), in west Delhi which was established in early July 2014.
Which is the best Dilli Haat to visit?
In this case, original is best! Although the two new Dilli Haat have failed to replicate the ambiance or success of the first Dilli Haat which is in INA. The Dilli Haat of Pitampura and Janakpuri are definately larger but the spaces are underutilized and require further development, especially regarding the number of handicraft and food stalls. Also, both of the Haats have much less variety than the INA Dilli Haat and stalls are still sitting empty here. Nonetheless, it is a weekend or there is a festival taking place, both remain quite deserted.
