- You have to browse on the website of the Chief Electoral Officer of Uttar Pradesh. You have to select “Online Services for Voters” which is mentioned on the homepage of the website. You will be shifted to the National Voter’s Service Portal website.
- You have to click on the Apply online option from the options which are mentioned on the website for registration of a new voter. Then form number 6 will pop-up on the screen.
- First of all, you have to select your State and Parliamentary which will be appear in the drop-down menu. After this, you have to fill your personal details.
- You have to fill up the details like gender, name, surname, place of birth, age and spouse’s name or parent’s name in the section of personal details.
- You will be asked to submit the details about other members of the family, who had submitted their details in the electoral roll.
- If you don’t register all the mandatory fields, then you won’t be able to submit the form. After filling up all details, you can save the form. Don’t forget to upload all the supporting documents before you upload the form.
- When your form is submitted and all the information is verified, Booth Level officers (BLOs) will visit your home to cross verify all the information, which you have filled up in your form. After the completion of this step, you will receive your Voter ID in a week.
