No amount of policing can bring down the crime rate till people become involved in preventing crime.
Criminals find newer and ingenious ways to cheat public such as promising high interest rates, doubling of currency notes, polishing gold and marriage proposals sent through email and phone. people need to be more conscious and wise to save themselves from falling prey to these tricks.
