When Jammu Rajdhani Express was entering New Delhi Railway station, the guard compartment of the train got slipped from the track on Thursday morning at 6:20 am. Fortunately, no one got hurt and there is no reporting of any damage. Coincidentally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to launch the bullet train project today in Ahmedabad with Japan’s Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe.
Few weeks back there were also a consequential train accident that took place in Delhi in which Ranchi Rajdhani Express derailed near the Shivaji Bridge. In that incident, the engine and power car got derailed, however, there was no injury reported.
