There will be no separate registration for entrance-based undergraduate programmes this year, rather all aspirants can register through the centralized admission portal. “It will be ensured that all the data are centrally located through Single-point registration and the committee has access to them all”.
Earlier, here had to be a separate registration process for entrance-based undergraduate courses that started from the first week of April. However, this year the change in the registration format has resulted in a delayed process by two weeks. Last year students face a lot more trouble in the admission process than expected and After previous year’s encounter, DU this time is ensuring that the admission portal is more user-friendly.
State Board has already started declaring results, the DU admission committee is most likely to start the merit-based registration process & will continue till June. However, the registration for the entrance-based programmes would get over by the third week of May.
The student can register first and then they can contact Delhi university admission committee in case they face any discrepancy. Since the registration period is long, the aspirant can wait till the issue is resolved before making payment”. Registration would help the committee to count the number of seats filled and withdrawn.
