Everyday there’s always a new rape case spotted in the capital of this nation. The population of such shameless peoples is increasing day by day in Delhi. Every single girl is scared to step out of their houses. Recently a rape case is spotted, where a one and a half-year-old was allegedly raped by a 33-year-old man in front of his two kids. After interrogating police came to know that the girl had gone to her neighbor’s house to play with their two children (four-year-old son and two-year-old daughter). Meanwhile, when his wife was on the terrace due to some work, the accused raped the girl in the presence of his two children inside his one-room accommodation
When, the girl returned to her home, her mother found that she was bleeding from the private parts and quickly rushed with her to a hospital, where she came to know that she had been sexually assaulted.
The victim’s mother informed the police about the incident. A case under section 6 has been registered against the accused in which, the chances of aggravated penetrative sexual assault, punishable by a maximum term of life imprisonment is more.
Victim’s mother was separated from her husband and stays at her parental home in an outer Delhi colony.
