Many events in Delhi were associated with for the Swachh Bharat campaign on 2nd October. There were ample of huge promotional events at various places in the whole nation But, Delhi government did not seem interested in this Swachhta Mission. As Aam Aadmi Party did now show any enthusiasm as there were no campaign or event organized by them. Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal just completed the formality of putting a birthday wish for Gandhi Ji and Lal Bahadur Shastri in his Tweet.
Delhi government did not put up any events as a tribute to Gandhi Ji on 2nd October while NDMC and MCD had taken resolutions for enhancement of smooth flow and the more powerful establishment of SWACHH BHARAT MISSION.
Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that “I pay Respectful gestures to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri’s ideologies. Their lives are motivational. We should follow them in our lives”.Society considers this as just a formality as there was no participation in the promotion of either their ideologies or vision.
