The Indian constitution was written on 29th November 1949 and was implemented on 26th January 1950. After the constitution of India was declared as a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, ensuring the justice, equality, and liberty, and endeavors of the people of this nation to promote fraternity among them. Laws were made so that everyone can get justice in this nation. Does it really seem appropriate to take the lawsuits in our own hand ?
A video is getting viral in which a Nigerian guy is brutally beaten up by a family. Actually, the Nigerian man was trying to rob a house at Malviya Nagar in south Delhi but, he was caught red handed. There are many African students who live in or around places near Delhi-NCR.
The family members tied him up with two poles outside their house. He was crying and begging, but one by one each family member was hitting him with iron rods. He was caught on 24th September inside the house of a resident, Krishna Kumar, who woke up by the noise of an almirah caused by the Nigerian guy. People in the neighborhood told the police that he had hurt himself when he fell down from the stairs while he was trying to escape out.
The police arrested him but, his attackers are still roaming free after this shameless event in Delhi.
