The auspicious event Navratri is starting from 21st September. Just like every year Delhi is decorated beautifully for Ramleela which is going to take place on huge levels at various places in Delhi. But what’s new? While PiplDelhi team was exploring the capital city of India very interesting facts got highlighted about Ramleela in Delhi. Where at one side, some of the Ramleela committees are planning to increase the size of Rawan’s mannequin for Dussehra, on the other hand, few are planning to use the latest technology and depict battle or Ramayana in the air.
The most popular and biggest Ramleela which is being conducted yearly at the Madhavdas park of Red fort, which is popularly known as the Love Kush Ramleela, is organized by the Shree Dharmik Leela Committee. It would be their 94th event in Delhi. All the preparations for this Ramleela are completed now and its depiction will start from tomorrow. Where few scenes like Goddess Sita trapped by evil Rawana and crossing of the “Laxman Rekha” would be depicted with tremendously high quality dynamic visual effects. To implement these dynamic changes for the audiences a special stage having 3 floors is prepared. Home Minister Rajnath Singh and our former vice president Hamid Ansari will also join the Ramleela On 1st October.
The Chairman of Shree Dharmik Ramleela committee said that there would be different themes for different days at the Ramleela stage depending upon the requirements of the scenes to showcase more originality during the Ramleela. In addition, he added that they have tried to give a heritage look to the Love Kush Ramleela .
