In Gurugram a 30-year-old woman was allegedly dragged into the car by 5 men and taken to a guesthouse in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi and was gang-raped by five men on Monday night. At 4:30 in the morning victim went to Vasant Kunj police station to report the whole matter. DCP Milind Dumbere, confirmed the incident& reported that all five accused have been arrested and the case has been registered under IPC sections 365 (kidnapping or abducting with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person) and 376D (punishment for gang rape).
The accused men have been identified as Tejvir Singh, Gopal Prasad, Roopinder, Anshul and Ram Babu. After her shift, the survivor, came out of the mall around 11pm and was searching for conveyance, when five men approached her and offered to drop her at her destination. When she refused their offer, they started misbehaving with her and ended up dragging her into the car. They abducted her to a guesthouse & raped her in turns for several hours. The men then left her in the room and bolted the door from outside.
When she got back into conscious she cried out for help, fortunately her call was heard by a cook. The cook helped her getting released from there. she called one of her friend and rushed to Vasant kunj police station.
